The promotion of the significance of the Hetton Colliery Railway will be by means of educational tours, talks, workshops, the signing and improvements of the route, legacy monuments, exhibitions, books and steam fairs.
Objects: To advance the education of the public in the history and heritage of Hetton-le-Hole and surrounding area in particular but not exclusively through the provision of educational tours, talks and workshops.
