The5es development is set up to provide Performance coaching, Employability coaching, Capacity building,Training, Advice and guidance, Access to Entrepreneurship development ,Poverty relief and Inclusive support to children,individuals, elderly and families enabling them to overcome barriers ,fulfil goals,aspire ,achieve more,be healthy and contribute positively in communities they live in .

Objects: 3. Objectsthe Objects Of The CIO Are: “The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty [Or Financial Hardship] In UK And Anywhere In The World By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education, Training, Healthcare Projects And All The Necessary Support Designed To Enable Individuals To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self-Sufficient.” Via Provision But Not Exclusive Of The Following:- Temporary Shelter, Food Supply, Products To Enhance Living- Advice And Support Such As Financial Inclusion, Digital Inclusion, Health Inclusion- Coaching, Mentoring- Employability, Entrepreneurship Support- Guidance And Signposting Towards Meeting Related Needs [Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008]
