We run a variety of health and fitness classes for elderly chinese in the communityincluding chair based exercises for the elderly We run Healthy eating classes including nutrition and cooking skills and health promotion and Language classes to aim integration

Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The London Borough Of Newham And The Neighbourhood Without Distinction Of Age Sex Sexual Orientation Political Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together Such Persons And The Local Authoritys Volutary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisuretime Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants And In Particular Of Those Who Ahve Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth Age Infirmity Or Disablement Poverty Or Social Economic Circumstances And With Particular But Not Exclusive Reference To Persons Of Chinese Origin Or Descent
