To Provide Facilities For Recreation Of Other Leisure Time Occupation For Persons Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Of Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances In The Interests Of Social Welfare With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.3) For Any Charitable Purpose Or Purposes In The Area Of Benefit As The Trustees May From Time To Time Decide.
