Activities
Improving women and girls mental health & emotional wellbeing. Providing targeted support for those affected by mental ill health, domestic abuse, inequality, poverty, isolation and loneliness. Counselling : Befriending; Holistic Therapies and Advocacy to support progression and recovery. Support groups for women and girls to understand and manage depression, anxiety, loss and grief.
Objects: To Promote The Physical, Mental And Emotional Health Of Women Through Education In Health Care And The Provision Of Information And Assistance Where Necessary.
