**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF WOMEN THROUGH EDUCATION IN HEALTH CARE AND THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE WHERE NECESSARY.

**Activities:** Improving women and girls mental health & emotional wellbeing. Providing targeted support  for those affected by  mental ill health, domestic abuse, inequality, poverty, isolation and loneliness. Counselling : Befriending; Holistic Therapies and Advocacy to support progression and recovery. Support groups  for women and girls to understand and manage depression, anxiety, loss and grief.
