The Society exists to pursue the following objec ves: (a) Advance the Arts: To advance public apprecia on and educa on in the musical, opera c, and drama c arts within Elgin and the wider Moray area through high-quality public performances. (b) Develop Skills: To provide accessible opportuni es for individuals aged 16 and over to discover, learn, and develop crea ve talents in both onstage performance and backstage technical disciplines. (c) Promote Wellbeing: To foster a suppor ve, inclusive environment that enhances posi ve mental health, builds self-esteem, and inspires personal confidence through shared crea ve ac vi es. (d) Engage Community: To bring people together and strengthen civic pride by crea ng a vibrant, mul-genera onal social hub that celebrates local talent and builds las ng friendships.
