To promote the arts and in particular the work of Edward Elgar for the public benefit in and around Worcester, chiefly through the presentation of an annual festival to include concerts, youth activities, exhibitions and other events.

Objects: To Promote The Arts For The Public Benefit By:-A) Fostering & Promoting The Education And Enjoyment Of The Life & Works Of Sir Edward Elgar;b) Engaging In Fundraising Throughout The Year To Support A Calendar Of Events As Well As Those Good Causes Which Fall Within The Remit Of The Organisation;c) Networking With Existing Similar Events And To Foster Goodwill Towards The Festival And To Cross Promote Such Events;d) Engaging In Programmes Which Fall Within The Remit Of The Organisation Which Are Both Fun And Developmental; Ande) Engaging The Public, In Particular With Young People In Areas Of Social Deprivation Where Enjoyment Of Such Material Is Uncommon Or Difficult To Come By.
