Iwade@TheBarn Trust's key aim is to further or benefit the residents of Iwade and the neighbourhood with the objective of improving community life for Iwade residents.In furtherance of these objects but not otherwise, the charity trustees will maintain and manage the IwadeBarn as a community hub.

Objects: To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of Iwade And The Neighbourhood, Without Distraction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinion By Associating The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And/or Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And Provide Facility In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving Community Life For Iwade Residents.in Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise, The Charity Trustees Shall Have Power; To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Hub And To Maintain Or Manage Or Co-Operate With Any Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Meeting Of Such A Hub For Activities Provided By The CIO In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
