The organisation is set up to benefit the inhabitants of the village of Buckland and the surrounding areas, the local primary school and associated clubs. The Memorial Hall provides a venue for organised events run to provide opportunities for members of the community to attend social, educational and recreational events.
Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is The Provision And Maintenance Of A Village Hall For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of The Village Of Buckland, Oxfordshire, And The Surrounding Area Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, Including Use For:(a) Meetings, Lectures And Classes And(b) Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation, With The Object Of The Conditions Of Life For The Inhabitants.
