Providing support to older and vulnerable people in maintaining their well-being while living in their own home in the Greater Manchester and surrounding area including: Advice and support, carrying out free or at low cost, small-scale home repairs (handyhelp); support, supervision and inspection service for larger-scale home repairs and adaptations.
Objects: 4. The Charity's Objects ("Objects") Are Specifically Restricted To The Following:the Relief Of Elderly And Disabled Persons And Those Affected By Long-Term Illness Or Poverty Or Other Disadvantage, In Particular By:(a) Providing Services, Advice Or Assistance For Persons In Necessitous Circumstances Upon Terms Appropriate To Their Means;(b) Providing Houses, Hostels, Home Repairs, Adaptations And Improvements And Any Associated Amenities For Persons In Necessitous Circumstances Upon Terms Appropriate To Their Means;(c) Providing Education, Advice Or Information To Or For Any Person Or Body On Matters Relating To Those Specified In Sub-Clause (B) Above.
