To promote arts, craft, literature and other cultural and creative activities for the benefit of the public by the establishment and maintenance of an arts and culture resources centre. To provide and maintain a community resource centre and facility for the use of residents, workers and visitors of Clapham, Lambeth and the surrounding areas.

Objects: (a)to Benefit The Residents Of Clapham, Lambeth And The Surrounding Area By Associating And Collaborating With The Said Residents, Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations, In A Common Effort To Advance Education, And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Ofimproving The Conditions Of Life For The Local Residents And For People Who Work In The Area;(b)to Advance The Education Of The Public In The Arts;(c)to Advance The Arts For The Public Benefit.
