**Activities:** To promote arts, craft, literature and other cultural and creative activities for the benefit of the public by the establishment and maintenance of an arts and culture resources centre. To provide and maintain a community resource centre and facility for the use of residents, workers and visitors of Clapham, Lambeth and the surrounding areas.
