A free, independent, comprehensive, confidential, welfare rights advice service targeting vulnerable people with 'special' needs. Enabling and empowering residents to obtain information, advice and representation which will allow them to exercise their rights and responsibilities alleviating poverty, deprivation and social exclusion in a holistic way and therefore improve quality of life.
Objects: (1) Riverside Advice Ltd Is Established To Promote Any Charitable Purpose For The Benefit Of The Communities Of Wales And In Particular West Cardiff (The Area Of Benefit)a) By The Relief Of Poverty Through The Provision Of Free Legal Advice And Assistance To Persons Who, For Reasons Of Poverty Would Otherwise Be Unable To Obtain Such Advice And Providing Such Persons With Goods/services Which They Could Not Otherwise Afford Through Lack Of Means.
