**Activities:** A free, independent, comprehensive, confidential, welfare rights advice service targeting vulnerable people with 'special' needs. Enabling and empowering residents to obtain information, advice and representation which will allow them to exercise their rights and responsibilities alleviating poverty, deprivation and social exclusion in a holistic way and therefore improve quality of life.
