(c) The Provision Of Facilities Or Services In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities Or Services By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.(d) The Advancement Of Health By Promoting Public Participation In Healthy Outdoor Recreation And Leisure Activities; And (e) Ancillary To The Above, The Furtherance Of Such Other Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Public As The Trustees From Time To Time Determine In The County Of Northumberland And Surrounding Areas.
