The charity's objects and its principal activity continues to be that of the promotion of all aspects of artistic activities throughout the district of Alnwick. This is achieved through a broad programme of theatre, dance, music, film and exhibitions at the Playhouse itself, and an outreach programme that seeks to reach all corners of the rural community.
Objects: To Promote, Maintain Improve And Advance The Education Of The Public Particularly By The Production Of Plays And Encouragement Of The Arts Incuding The Arts Of Drama, Mime, Dance, Film, Music And The Visual Arts
