Advancement of citizenship, or community development, (including rural or urban regeneration and the promotion of civic responsibility, volunteering, the voluntary sector or the effectiveness or efficiency of charities), by preventing individuals from becoming SOCially excluded and to reduce antisocial behaviour through the development and maintenance of the Moorside community facilities. 1.4. the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life of the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, by encouraging people to take up pastimes or pursuits that will be beneficial to their health and wellbeing , by reducing social exclusion and by opening opportunities for learning and practicing skills.
