To provide Early Learning and Childcare for children aged from 2 years 9 months until attending primary school. We work in partnership with the local authority to deliver Curriculum for Excellence in a fun, safe and secure environment, where children learn and develop at their own pace. The group is a member of Early Years Scotland and have adopted their constitution and policies. Staff are all qualified and are registered with the Scottsh Social Services Council (SSSC). Staff attend a wide range of training which has a positive impact for our children and families. Our local community and businesses generously support our fundraising events which allows our children to experience a wide range of learning opportunities in our local and wider community.

Objectives: The aim of the playgroup is to promote the aim of the Scottish Pre-School Play Association which is to advance the education of pre-school children so that they may take a constructive place in the community, and also the education oftheir parents and other ad uits, children and teenagers
