Girlguiding exists to help girls find their voice and build skills and confidence – inspiring them to discover the best in themselves and empower them to make a positive difference in their community. In Scotland, between school, social media, friendships and relationships – there’s a lot going on for girls today. Not to mention the future, the planet, education and what jobs might be around in a few years’ time. That’s why Girlguiding is more important than ever. An equal world where all girls can make a positive difference, be happy, safe and fulfil their potential. Through fun, friendship, challenge and adventure we empower girls to find their voice, inspiring them to discover the best in themselves and to make a positive difference in their community. We are caring, challenging, empowering, fun, inclusive and inspiring.

Objectives: The Aim of Girlguiding Scotland is to help girls and young women develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and wider world according to the principles of the association, and to facilitate Guiding for girls and young women in Scotland.
