Empowerment and Support Girlguiding aims to create a supportive environment where girls can be themselves without the pressures of societal expectations. Objectives: The Aim of the Girlguiding Ayrshire South is to help girls and young women to develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world according to the principles of the Association, and to facilitate Guiding for girls and young' women in Ayrshire South.
