Objects: To Be Used As A Parish Hall By The Inhabitants Of The Parish Billingborough And By Such Other Persons As The Committee Of The Parish Hall Should From Time To Time Direct Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political Religious Or Other Opinions And In Particular The Premises Shall Be Used Fo Meetings Lectures And Classes And Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants.
