ACT's services improve the health and wellbeing of the Aylsham community by connecting people with each other and the support they need to live well.Services include day services and a community cafe at the ACT Centre, support in the home, lunch clubs and hot meal deliveries, social outings, counselling, 'community friend' support, and a volunteer car scheme.

Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is For The Public Benefit Of People Living Primarily But Not Exclusively In Broadland And North Norfolk, The Relief And Assistance Of People In Need By Reason Of Age, Ill-Health, Disability, Financial Hardship Or Other Disadvantage; The Protection And Preservation Of Physical And Mental Health, By Providing Appropriate Care And Support Services In Such Ways As The Trustees Think Fit.
