Objects: 1. The Administrators Shall Hold The Capital And Income Of The Trust Fund Upon Trust To Apply The Income And All Or Such Part Or Parts Of The Capital For Or Towards Such Charitable Objects As Are Set Out In Clause 3.2 And Subject Thereto For Or Towards Such Charitable Purposes And To Make Donations To Such Charitable Institution Or Institutions At Such Time And In Such Manner As The Administrators May In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit Provided That The Administrators May At Their Absolute Discretion For The Period Of Twenty-One Years From The Date Of This Deed Instead Of Applying The Income Of The Charity In Any Year Accumulate All Or Any Part Of Such Income At Compound Interest By Investing The Same And The Resulting Income In Any Of The Authorised Investments And Hold The Same As An Accretion To And As Part Of The Capital Of The Charity Without Prejudice To Their Right To Apply The Whole Or Any Part Of Such Accumulated Income In Any Subsequent Year As If The Same Were Income Of The Charity Arising In The Then Current Year2. The Principal Charitable Object Of The Charity Is The Advancement Of The Zarathushti Faith By: (a) The Provision And Maintenance Of A Place Or Places Of Worship Both For The Living (being Consecrated Fire Temples) For Persons Professing The Zarathushti Faith And For Departed Souls; (b) The Provision And Maintenance Of Residences For Fire Temple Priests And Payment Of The Salaries Of Such Priests And Such Other Expenses Incurred By Them In The Performance Of Their Appointed Duties; And (c) The Maintenance Of Services And Prayers In The Fire Temple Or Temples.
