**Activities:** ACT's services improve the health and wellbeing of the Aylsham community by connecting people with each other and the support they need to live well.Services include day services and a community cafe at the ACT Centre, support in the home, lunch clubs and hot meal deliveries, social outings, counselling, 'community friend' support, and a volunteer car scheme.
