Objects: The Objects Of The CIO, To Be Carried Out In London And Such Other Parts Of The UK As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time Determine, Are:1) The Advancement Of Education For The Public Benefit Among Young People, In Particular But Not Exclusively Those From Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Backgrounds, In The Subjects Of Literacy, Creative Writing And The History And Culture Of The African Diaspora Through The Provision Of One To One Tuition, Group Sessions, Workshops, Story Telling And Creative Arts Performances. 2) The Promotion Of Equality And Diversity For The Public Benefit By: (A) Advancing Education And Raising Awareness In Equality And Diversity Through Exploration Of The History, Culture And Literature Of The African Diaspora (B) Promoting Activities To Foster Understanding Between People From Diverse Racial Backgrounds; (C) Cultivating A Sentiment In Favour Of Equality And Diversity.
