Objects: A) To Increase Public Knowledge Of The Heritage Of Raf Scampton And The Acts Of Heroism That Are Associated With Its Roles From 1916 Until Its Closure.b) To Advance The Education Of Children And Young People With Regard To Their Understanding Of The Aviation-Related Responses To Conflict Spanning The Period From 1916 To The Present Day.c) To Advance The Education Of The Public With Regard To The Contribution And Sacrifices Of Raf Scampton Personnel; The Royal Air Force; The People Of Lincolnshire And The Military More Generally To The Achievement Of Peace And Reconciliation From 1916 Until The Present Day.d) To Preserve And Provide Increased Public Access To Artefacts And Documents Associated With The History Of Raf Scampton.e) To Advance Education And Further Preserve Original Documents Associated With The History Of Raf Scampton By Digitisation And The Facilitation Of Online Access By The Public.f) To Encourage Esprit De Corps Among Raf Personnel By Commemorating And Illuminating The Auspicious Acts Of Heroism And Distinguished Service Of Those Who Served At Raf Scampton From 1916 Until Its Closure.
