Objects: To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The City Of Wells And The Surrounding Villages The Provision Of A Multipurpose, Wheeled Sports Park Allowing For Bmx, Skateboarding, Cycling, Roller Skating / Blading And Scootering, For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitantsnothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
