Blossom and Bloom provides wellbeing support and social connection for expectant mums, parents, and families with babies and preschool children who are experiencing poverty, disadvantage, homelessness, or social isolation. We create safe, welcoming spaces where families can build relationships, access support, feel part of a community and reach their potential, supporting families to thrive.

Objects: The Relief Of Those In Need, By Reason Of Youth, Age, Ill-Health, Disability, Financial Hardship Or Other Disadvantage In Denbighshire And The Surrounding Areas, In Particular But Not Exclusively By:• The Provision Of Guidance And Support To Homeless Or Potentially Homeless Mums And Babies Residing In Temporary Emergency Accommodation To Source And Secure Sustainable And More Permanent Accommodation, To Access Training And Employment Opportunities, To Promote Positive Wellbeing, Financial Independence And Reduce The Risk Of Future Poverty And Homelessness.• The Provision Of Support To Develop Community Initiatives To Encourage Mums And Babies To Support Each Other And Feel A Sense Of Community Spirit, Cohesion And Safety.• Making Grants To Homeless Mums And Babies To Fund Deposit And Rent To Secure Affordable Private Tenancies.
