**Activities:** Blossom &amp; Bloom provide well-being support and socialisation to expectant mums and mums with babies (pre-school age), who are experiencing homelessness, poverty, disadvantage or social isolation. We promote socialisation, positive well-being, financial independence and opportunities to skill up, access training/employment, to reduce the risk of future poverty and homelessness for mum and baby.
