Activities

The charity provides affordable access to athletics, triathlon and open water swimming. The club is run by a large number of volunteers. Members can attend multiple coached training sessions in running, swimming (indoor and outdoor) and cycling (indoor and outdoor) every week throughout the year. The charity hosts a number of affordable running and triathlon events each year within the community.

Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:the Promotion Of Community Participation In Healthy Recreation For The Benefit Of People Living In Port Talbot And The Surrounding Areas, By The Provision Of Facilities For Participation In Running And Triathlons.
