Activities

We advance public education and appreciation of the arts in Leicester and surrounding areas.We help young people access music-making and education, support young emerging artists by developing their musical education and encouraging performance, widen access to music by organising performances with free or subsidised tickets and foster a culture of musical discovery.

Objects: To Advance Public Education In And Appreciation Of The Arts In Leicester And The Surrounding Area, In Particular By: (1) Helping Young People Access Inspiring Music-Making And Education;(2) Supporting Young Emerging Artists By Developing Their Musical Education And Encouraging Performance;(3) Widening Access To Music By Organising Performances Of Artistic Merit With Free Or Subsidised Tickets;(4) Fostering A Culture Of Musical Discovery And Co-Operation By Staging A Music Festival Offering A Wide Variety Of Educational And Performance Events To Bring The Local Musical Community Together.
