Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Public Benefit, The Relief Of The Elderly, Disabled And Those Affected By Long Term Sickness, Poverty And Other Social Or Economic Disadvantage (hereinafter Referred To As 'the Beneficiaries') By:(a) The Provision Of Services, Support, Information, Advice, Guidance Or Assistance;(b) Arranging Or Carrying Out Works Of Improvement, Adaptation, Repair Or Maintenance To Houses Occupied By The Said Beneficiaries Where Such Works Are Necessary To Ensure That Homes Are Safe And Secure And Will Enable The Beneficiaries To Remain In Their Own Homes; And(c) The Provision Of Associated Amenities Especially Designed Or Adapted To Meet The Defined Needs Of The Said Beneficiaries All With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.
