Sport at the Heart (SatH) is a youth and community charity rooted in Brent. We work alongside children, young people and families to improve wellbeing, build skills and strengthen connections through inclusive sport, physical activity, creative programmes, youth work, volunteering and community events. We work with communities and partners to create the conditions for lasting, system-level change.

Objects: To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The London Borough Of Brent And The Surrounding Area, The Provision Of Facilities For Healthy Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.
