Objects: To Promote For The Public Benefit The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Voluntary Sector In The District Of Hambleton, North Yorkshire And Surrounding Areas In Particular But Not Exclusively By:- The Provision Of Information, Advice, Education, Training, Services, Resources And Any Other Support;- Encouraging And Supporting Innovation And The Meeting Of New Or Unmet Need;- The Promotion Of Charitable Giving And Volunteering. - The Promotion And Delivery Of Services To Assist In The Advancement Of Education, The Protection Of Mental And Physical Health And The Relief Of Poverty, Distress And Sickness Within The Area Of Benefit.- Such Other Charitable Objects As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time Determine.for The Purposes Of This Clause, 'the Voluntary Sector' Means Charities And Voluntary Organisations:* Charities Are Organisations, Which Are Established For Exclusively Charitable Purposes In Accordance With The Law Of England And Wales.* Voluntary Organisations Are Independent Organisations, Which Are Established For Purposes That Add Value To The Community As A Whole, Or A Significant Section Of The Community, And Which Are Not Permitted By Their Constitution To Make A Profit For Private Distribution.
