Cardiomyopathy UK saves lives and reduces the misery caused by the heart muscle disease cardiomyopathy. We want people affected by the disorder to live long and fulfilling lives and work to achieve this by raising awareness of the condition, improving access to quality treatment, promoting clinical research and supporting anyone affected by cardiomyopathy every step of the way.

Objects: To Relieve People Suffering From The Condition Of Cardiomyopathy And Related Conditions In Particular ( But Without Prejudice To The Generality Thereof) By:a) Developing And Maintaining A Network Of Support For People Suffering From The Condition And Their Familiesb) Promoting Education Among Sufferers Of The Condition, Their Families And Those Having The Professional Care Of Sufferers About The Symptoms And The Treatment Of The Condition; Andc) Promoting Or Assisting In The Promotion Of Research Into The Condition And Its Treatment And The Publication Of The Results Of That Research.
