The Stoke Poges Village Fete's primary purpose is to organise the annual fete. It's secondary purpose is to distribute profits from that activity to deserving local organisations and people, with a focus on groups or individuals involved with young people. It has a third purpose in organising ad hoc village events as requested by the Parish Council.

Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Nationality, Age, Disability, Race Or Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Our Activities, Or In Association One Or Several Of A) The Said Inhabitants, B) Voluntary Organisations, C) Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education, Relieve Poverty, Provide Funding In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants
