To Promote Exclusively Charitable Purposes According To The Laws Of England And Wales For The Benefit Of Disadvantaged Ethnic Minority Parents And Carers By:a) The Advancement Of Education;b) The Preservation And Protection Of Good Health;c) The Provision Of Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Otherleisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities Byreason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity, Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Socialcircumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.2.
