Thorne Moorends Regeneration Partnership (TMRP) is an independent, non political organisation, whose aimis to promote regeneration for the public benefit in Thorne Moorends where social and economicdeprivation exists.

Objects: The Objects Of The Company Shall Be The Promotion For The Public Benefit Ofurban And Rural Regeneration In Areas Of Social And Economic Deprivation, And Inparticular Thorne Moorends, In The Metropolitan Borough Of Doncaster, Andsurrounding Area (The "Area Of Benefit") By All Or Any Of The Following Means:(a) The Relief Of Poverty In Such Ways As May Be Thought Fit;(b) The Relief Of Unemployment In Such Ways As May Be Thought Fit, Includingassistance To Find Employment;(c) The Advancement Of Education, Training Or Retraining, Or Business Advice Orconsultancy In Order To Provide Training And Employment Opportunities Foremployed People In Cases Of Financial Or Other Charitable Need Through Help:(i) In Setting Up Their Own Business, Or(j) To Existing Businesses.(d) The Creation Of Training And Employment Opportunities By The Provision Ofworkspace, Buildings And/or Land For Use On Favourable Terms;(e) The Maintenance, Improvement Or Provision Of Public Amenities;(f) The Preservation Of Buildings Or Sites Of Historic Or Architectural Importance;(g) The Provision Or Assistance In The Provision Of Recreational Facilities For Thepublic At Large And/or Those Who, By Reasons Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Ordisablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances, Have Need Ofsuch Facilities;(h) The Protection Or Conservation Of The Environment;(i) Assisting In The Provision Of Public Health Facilities And Childcare;(j) The Promotion Of Public Safety And Prevention Of Crime; And(k) Such Other Means As May From Time To Time Be Determined.
