To research & conserve the Khmer heritage, jointly with the local authorities & coupled with capacity building of national archaeologists. To raise the awareness of the local population regarding their unique heritage. To improve the communities daily life with a particular emphasis on education, environmental protection, hygiene and sanitation, enhanced crop production in the target area.

Objects 3.1 The Directors Shall Hold The Capital And Income Of The Charity In Furthering The Following Objects(objects):3.1.1 To Preserve Archaeology In The Angkor And Phnom Kulen Regions Of Cambodia And To Conserve The Areas For The Public Benefit;3.1..2 To Advance Research For The Public Benefit Regarding The Archaeology In The Angkor And Phnom Kulen Regions Of Cambodia;3.1.3 To Advance The Education For The Benefit Of The Public Of The Archaeology In The Angkor And Phnom Kulen Regions Of Cambodia; And 3.1.4 To Relieve Poverty In Cambodia Particularly But Not Exclusively In The Angkor And Phnom Kulen Regions.
