Our aim is to offer help and assistance to elderly, disabled and vulnerable people of the 2 Doctors surgeries in Totnes and surrounding parishes to enable them to live in their own homes and receive a level of support which will help them remain independent and not be isolated from the community.We provide services such health related transport, befriending, shopping, home help and form filling.
Objects: To Promote Any Charitable Purpose For The Benefit Of Persons In Need Residing In Totnes And The Surrounding Area In Particular For The Relief Of The Elderly And Sick.
