**Objects:** TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS IN NEED RESIDING IN TOTNES AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN PARTICULAR FOR THE RELIEF OF THE ELDERLY AND SICK.

**Activities:** Our aim is to offer help and assistance to elderly, disabled and vulnerable people of the  2 Doctors surgeries in Totnes and surrounding parishes to enable them to live in their own homes and receive a level of support which will help them remain independent and not be isolated from the community.We provide services such health related transport, befriending, shopping, home help and form filling.
