Improving the quality of life of people living in Merton particularly the BME population;Drugs and Alcohol Awareness and referrals to treatment agencies; Delivering of direct community, health and social care services jointly with the South West London and St George's Mental Health Thrust;Acting as a third party reporting centre for victims of Race, hate Crimes and domestic violence;

Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The London Borough Of Merton And The Neighbourhood Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities And Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants And To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre And To Maintain And Manage The Same (Whether Alone Or In Co-Operation With Any Local Authority Or Any Persons Or Body)
