Objects: I) To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation Principally For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Mitcham Cricket Green Conservation Area By Provision Of Facilities For Playing Cricket, Bowls, Martial Arts And Other Healthy Sports As The Directors Shall Decided From Time To Time Ii) To Provide Principally For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Mitcham Cricket Green Conservation Area With Recreational Facilities For Healthy Recreation Under The Recreational Charities Act 1958 Iii) To Promote Principally For The Benefit Of The London Borough Of Merton Any Charitable Purposes And In Particular The Advancement Of Education, The Protection And Preservation Of Health And Relief Of Poverty And Sickness Iv) To Secure The Preservation, Protection, Development And Improvement Of Buildings Or Features Of Historic Or Public Interest In The London Borough Of Merton And In Particular The Vestry Hall On Mitcham Cricket Green V) To Provide Facilities Principally In The London Borough Of Merton In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Activities By Associating Together The Local Authority, Voluntary Organisations And The Inhabitants In A Common Purpose With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Those Inhabitants Vi) To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of Community Centres And To Maintain And Manage The Same In Furtherance Of The Above Objects
