Stepping Stones (AMBER VALLEY) is a Day Care & Community Centre situated in Heanor, Derbyshire. The Day Care Centre caters for the over 50 + age group; (i.e. Older Adult /Elderly, social, physical & psychological type conditions / illnesses. Steppings Stones has an 'open door' policy. The Centre is open Monday to Friday. All referrals welcomed from health professionals & from individuals.
Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Amber Valley District In The County Of Derbyshire And The Neighbourhood Thereof (Hereinafter Called "The Area Of Benefit") Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Relieve Poverty And Sickness, To Preserve And Protect Good Health And Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For The Recreation And Other Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants, In Particular But Not Exclusively By The Provision Of A Day Centre
