The Estate is still in adminislralion and no funds have yel been distributed to the charity to allow It to commence activities. The charity remains inactive until initial funds and assets can be distribuied. It is estimated that the value of the nei estate assets to be transferred lo the charity will be approximately £3.9m. Future plans: Subsequent to the period end the Estate of the late Mr. J O'Rafferty has moved towards realization ol asseis and it is anticipated Ihal an initial 811oc8tion of funds will be released before 31 October 2025.
