Objectives: The charity will administer grants and donations to: i. individuals who reside in, and ii. community groups, charities and voluntary bodies that are based in, or operate within, the areas of Blairgowrie, Rattray, Alyth and Coupar Angus, including those supporting children and special needs groups (but excluding commercial or business-related projects) for the following purposes: a) The prevention or relief of poverty b) The advancement of education c) The advancement of health d) The saving of lives e) The advancement of citizenship or community development f) The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science g) The public participation in sport h) The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational facilities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended i) The promotion of equality and diversity j) The advancement of environmental protection or improvement k) The relief of those in need
