I refer to the recent online submission of the CharitV'5 Annual Return for the period lo 31 October
2024 and my 5ubsequeni telephone call to OSCR for clarification of submission of Accounts any
Trustee Report details.
As previously advised the Charity has been dormant throughout the period and has not en8agld in
any financial nor operational activities.
There are no Financial Accounts therefore, bul a5 advised l enclose a Trustee Report for the pqriod
to 31 Oclober 2024 which has been approved by the Trustees.

The charity will ad minister grants and donations to individuals,
community groups or charities and voluntary bodies in need in Its area
of operation.
Achievements=
The charity is the residual beneficiary from the Estate of the late
Mr. J O'Raff erty who resided and worked in 81airgowrie and
Coupar Angus and was a benefactor to many individuals, charities
and communitYEroups.
The Estate is still in adminislralion and no funds have yel been
distributed to the charity to allow It to commence activities.
The charity remains inactive until initial funds and assets can
be distribuied.
It is estimated that the value of the nei estate assets to be
transferred lo the charity will be approximately £3.9m.
Future plans:
Subsequent to the period end the Estate of the late Mr. J O'Rafferty
has moved towards realization ol asseis and it is anticipated Ihal
an initial 811oc8tion of funds will be released before 31 October 2025.
The chaiity h35 recently engaged the services of S8rah Brown Charty
Law WS to assist with the set up and establishment of the charity and
thereafter provide ongoing guidance and support. That process is now
underway.
