We look after the local Guide Hall for GirlGuidng Orkney. We ensure the hall is cleaned, and all maintenance is kept up to date. To fund this we let out the hall to some othe local user groups and hold fund raising events.

Objectives: (i) To further the charitable purposes of the Guiding organisation but shall have no responsibility for the running of the Kirkwall units. (ii) Give support to the Kirkwall Units, in accordance with The Guiding Manual, by assisting with administrative and other relevant work. (iii) Raise funds for the running of the Guide Hall. (iv) Promote the interests of Guiding. (v) Maintain and manage the Guide Hall, on behalf of GirlGuiding Orkney, including bookings, cleaning and leasing the land which the Hall sits on.
