We are based in Cowdenbeath, Fife, and cover the local community from Crossgates to Ballingry and Cardenden. Our aim is make football and physical activity accessible to all. Breaking down barriers, and promoting physical, social and educational benefits to football and sport in general to change lives positively. Our football philosophy is fun and enjoyment and by implementing this into our sessions, we ensure participants no matter the age, gender or ability can develop, learn and want to come back.

Objectives: 4. The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, its objects are: 4.1 the advancement of public participation in sport by encouraging and providing opportunities for football and other sporting activities. 4.2 the provision of recreational facilities with the object of improving conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities are primarily intended. 4.3 the advancement of health (including mental health and wellbeing) by promoting the benefits of physical activity 4.4 the advancement of citizenship to encourage literacy, numeracy, employment skills, life skills, social inclusion, and social activities. 4.5 the advancement of education by providing a range of programmes and activities which have educational value. 4.6 the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. 5. The area within which the organisation shall operate (in this constitution referred to as the 'Area of Benefit') shall mainly but not exclusively be Fife, particularly Cowdenbeath and surrounding communities.
